Ele Dynasty Logistics Inc., in partnership with Nuovo Elite Work Solutions LLC, is seeking a reliable and skilled Courier Driver to join our dynamic team.
As a Courier Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of goods to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules while adhering to traffic and safety regulations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and secure packaging.
- Verify delivery instructions and ensure accuracy in delivering packages to the correct recipients.
- Maintain delivery records and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery completion.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries and address any issues or delays.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and representing the company.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a courier driver or in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Familiarity with local roads and routes, with the ability to navigate efficiently using GPS or maps.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling and delivering packages.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
