Yaser Ali Law is an estate planning law firm in Tempe that helps clients plan for and protect what matters to them most.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for assisting our managing attorney with executive and legal support.
This includes a range of administrative, intake, and legal tasks including:
- Serve as the first point of contact for most clients and conduct client intake interviews to gather essential information, assess their needs, and outline fees and packages
- Send engagement letters, invoices, and correspondence to clients
- Manage office workflows and pipelines and delegate tasks among inperson and remote team members
- Assist with drafting and reviewing estate planning and probate documents
- Support firm marketing efforts
Requirements:
- 2+ years of law firm experience in an estate planning or probate practice
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Superb phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele
- Selfstarter with efficient time management and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn quickly and constantly grow
- Extremely techsavvy and comfortable with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Lawmatics and/or similar CRMS, Airtable and/or other similar project management software

$45, $55,000.00 per year
