manufacturing low pressure moulding tools (machining and assembly) according to CAD data and/or drawings exchanging information with the design department to optimize data from a manufacturing perspective independently planning work and coordinating external suppliers for each tool project procuring and preparing materials occasionally manufacturing and/or processing machine components We are looking for someone with..

a completed apprenticeship in toolmaking*in / machining mechanic*in or a comparable qualification good knowledge of assembly and manufacturing of individual parts according to design drawings good knowledge of machining CNC (possibly Heidenhain TNC 640, Siemens 828D) knowledge of Mastercam desirable knowledge of mechanical processing (milling, drilling, grinding, etc.)

good knowledge of tool assembly according to data set or design drawing confident handling of conventional measuring instruments
