- Valid driver's license required with reliable transportation
- Must be willing to work occasional weekends
- Must be able to work extended hours as needed during events that occur out of town
- Strong planning and project management skills
- The Ability to build trust and strong relationships
- The Ability to be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift lbs
- Collect lead/contact information/Submit weekly progress reports
- Represent Cool-A-Zone in a positive manner - must dress and act professionally
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- 1 -2 years of direct sales experience
- Must be proficient in MS Office products
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly in a face paced environment.
- Closing Skills
- Comfortability in speaking to multiple people at once
- Bi-Lingual a plus
- Must be willing to travel 30% - 40% of the time or as needed
