Pay Information Bi-weekly living allowance of $877.66, End of service award Pay Schedule FLSA Designation Non-Exempt Position Summary o For the Volunteer and Community Impact project, the VISTA member will focus on researching and assessing the communities and non-profit organizations as well as the campus and targeted student populations in various issue areas to include the environment, social justice, healthcare, economic, and educational organizations. Their assessment will evaluate the community needs in this area, the nonprofit organizations serving this need, and the poverty related resources existing and missing in the community. They will analyze and categorize this data for future use in Signature Service Day volunteer project co-creation and to encourage a more robust representation in the Volunteer and Civic Engagement Programs events and initiatives by first generation and other low income students. Job Duties Required and Preferred Qualifications Required Education Associates or equivalent experience. Required Experience Experience working in collaborative small team environments and the ability to work on multiple simultaneous tasks. Required License/Certification N/A Required Additional Qualifications: · US Citizen, national, DACA status, or legal permanent resident· Must be able to complete federal background check· A strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in principle and in practice.
