Position Overview

Responsibilities:


  • Lead teams that will develop business requirements, perform analysis, evaluation and implementation of systems, programs or processes; plans, designs, and conducts studies to include risk analyses, contingence planning and feasibility studies
  • Interact with Subject Matter Experts and seniorlevel clients (general officer/flag office and SES level) eliciting and defining requirements, modeling relationships between them, reusing requirements, and export/import requirements data for creating documentation.
  • Requirements management planning, managing the relationships between requirements, analyzing the impact of any changes and/or managing governance of same.
  • Ability to use effective leadership and communication skills to influence others, gain agreement, and share abstract concepts.
  • Assist in the development of various types of reports relating to standards and guides.
  • Perform extensive research and present findings via Course of Action (COA) presentations or PowerPoint slides.
  • Ability to communicate in verbal and written form using the Army writing style, in accordance with AR 2550
  • Provides insight and advice concerning task or project strategic direction and outcomes.
  • May contribute to the evaluation, analysis and development of recommended solutions.

Mandatory Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in a businessrelated field
  • Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen to obtain and maintain an active Security Clearance.

Experience and Education

  • Must have a mínimal of fifteen (15) years defense related experience.
  • Ability to mitigate risks when requirements, people, decisions, and timelines shift during a project.
  • Requirements traceability and impact analysis to include the ability to run test cases.
  • Understanding of relational data models and database structure is a plus.
  • DoDAF familiarity is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Operational Architecture, Data Architecture, Software Architecture, Business Process Reengineering, Data Modeling, Process Modeling is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile development paradigm epic, feature, user stories, test cases with associated tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of humancentered design is a plus.
  • Selfmotivated, driven, independent.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have concept development and capability development experience.
  • Must possess Army POM and /or SPAR experience, experience with RQM 110 and Core Concepts for Requirements Management.
  • CGSC graduate (or higher) or other Service equivalents preferred
