Als Validation Specialist ben je essentieel voor het verbeteren en professionaliseren van ons validatiebeleid. We zoeken gepassioneerde individuen met expertise in procesvalidatie die willen bijdragen aan onze groeiende validatieactiviteiten, zowel op het gebied van traditionele als ongoing proces validatie.
Jouw werkplek
Als proces validatiespecialist ben je werkzaam binnen de afdeling R&D. Binnen deze afdeling van ongeveer 20 man, werk je actief samen binnen een team van vijf validatiespecialisten. Je stapt in een stimulerende omgeving, waar we continu streven naar verbetering en je bijdraagt aan het verfijnen van onze processen.
Jouw werkzaamheden in een notendop
Als Validation Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, beoordelen en uitvoeren van risk assessments en validatieprotocollen en -rapporten. Je coördineert en onderhoudt de gevalideerde status van productieprocessen, bent het aanspreekpunt tijdens inspecties en audits, en speelt een sleutelrol in projecten op het gebied van validatie. In de uitvoering van jouw werkzaamheden heb je veel contact met andere vakspecialisten en afdelingen, waaronder productie, QA, R&D, RA en het lab.

Je bent een zelfstandige en flexibele teamspeler die open staat voor verandering. Met een gestructureerde aanpak en zelfverzekerdheid navigeer je tussen samenwerking met collega's en zelfstandig werken aan toegewezen projecten.
Dit is wat wij vragen
Minimaal een afgeronde HBO analytische chemie opleiding of vergelijkbaar.
Analytisch vermogen om de kern van complexe problemen te doorgronden en mogelijke consequenties te voorzien.
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, afgestemd op verschillende gesprekspartners.
Kwaliteitsgericht met het vermogen om constante kwaliteit te waarborgen binnen de geldende normen.
Sterke plannings- en organisatievaardigheden om doelen efficiënt te bereiken en prioriteiten te stellen.
Wat kun je van ons verwachten
Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.493,- en € 5.211,- op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. Het exacte salaris stemmen we af op de kennis en werkervaring die jij meebrengt.
