Description
Job Description:
Performs daily administrative and supervisory duties in assigned area. Functions as a leadership resource and consulting role with other members of the department. Acts as liaison between external departments as necessary. Maintains established patient caseload productivity. Evaluates referred patients, establishes treatment goals, plans and executes treatment programs in assigned area. Ensures the accurate maintenance of current patient progress records. Provide care to patients of varying ages with related needs as necessary.

Work Experience:
Three years professional clinical experience (inpatient or outpatient) in Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy required.
Two years of experience in a progressive leadership/supervisory role in a clinical setting required.
License/Registration/Certification:
Current license to practice in Texas in discipline-specific (SLP, OT, PT, LPTA, or COTA).
Current CPR training required.
Education and Training:
Master's Degree from an accredited SLP, OT, or PT program required. Master's Degree in Business Administration from an accredited university if LPTA or COTA.
When applicable, incumbent may require training related to the utilization of pool chemicals, equipment and safety standards for the performance of regular maintenance and cleaning of the pool.
