Job Description

  • The assignment is possible in various properties in Chemnitz, the tasks may vary depending on the property
  • Conducting regular patrols with condition checks and locking services
  • Maintaining general safety and order is within the scope of responsibility
  • Taking appropriate measures to prevent danger
  • General reception duties
  • Operating and monitoring the inhouse building management and security technology (fire alarm, emergency alarm, video surveillance technology) as well as keeping a security log are part of the daily tasks
  • First point of contact for our customers through visitor reception and as the first contact person for customers, guests, and employees

The assignment is possible in full-time (minimum 173 hours) or part-time (120 hours)
Qualifications

  • Completion of the 34 course or 34 proficiency test is mandatory, higher qualifications are also welcome

  • Good PC skills required
  • Willingness to work night, shift, and weekend shifts
  • No entries in the certificate of good conduct
