General Position Summary

Minimum Qualifications

  • - Oneyear of experience in retail and/or warehouse is ideal
  • - Familiarity with warehouse receiving procedures is a plus
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • - Basic mathematical and analytical skills are required
  • - Capable of understanding and matching purchase/sales orders with received equipment
  • - Comfortable with technology and safe handling of smart devices
  • - Knowledge of general invoicing/billing processes when handling received equipment is advantageous

Essential Position Functions

  • - Manage internal inventory by unloading received equipment for order preparation
  • - Dispatch received items to the relevant team and location
  • - Ensure timely receipt of all products delivered before 2pm on the same day
  • - Verify and cross-reference order data accurately for correct equipment preparation
  • - Securely bill customers for received products
  • - Effectively communicate with customers regarding received and billed products with a same-day response expectation
  • - Maintain professional communication with delivery carriers

Pay:
From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
