We are looking for motivated individuals who can commit 20+ evening hours per week. This is an hourly position with base plus bonus. Customer Service and Sales experience in Fitness or Health & Wellness Required.


Position:


The role of the Front Desk Sales Associate is to work with the Studio Manager in promoting the growth of the studio with new membership sales by following up with digital leads thru phone/text and booking them into Intro Sessions.

Presenting the membership options at first visit opportunities. The role also assists with retaining current members with a top of the line member experience & customer service.

Grassroots Marketing & Social Media Marketing to grow StretchLab brand awareness, fun out of studio pop up events to drive clients to the studio.

Fitness knowledge, management, membership sales & customer service experience is required. This is a part-time position, 20 weekly hours. Schedule flexibility very important and require working Saturdays & some evenings Advancement opportunities available.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, membership sales presentation & close.
  • Book and confirm stretch appointments & intro sessions. Assess first time appointments.
  • Manage the front desk to greet and checkin clients and prospects when they enter the studio
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual's needs and wants
  • Maintain a high level of member retention with exceptional customer service & proactive communication.
  • Maintain a high level of membership sales production & sales goals
  • Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present available services, memberships & packages to current & prospective members
  • Book quality appointments and followup with leads and missed intro sessions
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
  • Key Holder, ensure the studio is open in the AM or close in PM.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Excellent membership sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
  • Health or Fitness Membership Sales experience Required.
  • Social Media & Canva Savy
  • Goaloriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for oneonone assisted stretch
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 6 hours throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must have proficient computer skills, phone skills & vocabulary
