- Typically, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch break from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Occasional weekend or evening coverage may be required based on clinic needs, with a maximum of 40 hours per week.

- Conduct physical examinations for Department of Defense, Department of Justice, and Department of Labor
- Perform occupational health exams including pre- and post-employment and annual physicals
- Evaluate various disability conditions specific to military environments like Gulf War and Prisoner of War
- Most assessments are in-person, while some may be virtual or based on medical record reviews
- Complete housebound physical examinations
- Fill out Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs)
- Offer primary medical evaluations including initial review of laboratory results, pulmonary function, and ECG studies. Maintain proper documentation in examinee records
- Collaborate with other professionals and support staff as necessary to determine the best course of action for the examinee population
- Show compassion, professionalism, and dedication to delivering excellent customer service and care to claimants
- Conduct thorough health assessments through physical examinations from a primary care perspective
- Make informed, proactive decisions based on the best standard of care practices
- Ability to analyze and form medical opinions effectively
- Proficient in using computers/tablets, with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Medical Records systems
- Familiarity with workplace health, safety concepts, and OSHA regulations
- Hold an unrestricted State medical license that allows full practice scope
- Graduate of a US-accredited post baccalaureate (Masters) program and NCCPA certification
- Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate primary care experience
- Specialty/sub-specialty clinical experience is valued but not mandatory
- Prior experience in conducting occupational/disability medical examinations is preferred
- Medical clearance requirements such as N95 fit test, TB test, and Hepatitis A/B vaccine administration

We are looking for a Physician Assistant Level I-V to join our team at the Spokane, WA clinic. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our service members receive the best possible care, contributing significantly to their ongoing well-being.
Your Responsibilities at Leidos QTC Health Services:
As a Physician Assistant at Leidos QTC Health Services, you will be responsible for a range of general medicine, occupational, and disability health examinations, which include but are not limited to:
These examinations may occur in various settings such as in-person at a clinic, in the examinee's home, telephonically, at large event settings for the Reserve Health Readiness Program, or via telehealth platforms.
You will also have the opportunity to travel (up to 30%) to conduct physical examinations for veterans and service members at multiple locations across the country.
Salary Range:
Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 with the potential for an annual bonus of up to 30%.
