Together with our client, a world leader in the energy technology sector, we are currently seeking a full-time employee (m/f/d) for order processing at our location in Philadelphia, PA.

As an Order Processing / Order Management Employee (m/f/d), you can expect the following challenges:

  • In your new position, you will support the dedicated team in the area of order processing.
  • You will monitor customer orders from order acceptance to delivery.
  • In case of problems or delays, you will coordinate the appropriate measures in collaboration with the relevant departments.
  • With your expertise, you ensure the tracking of orders and delivery routes.
  • At the same time, regular contact with national and international business partners completes your job profile.

What convinces us:

  • You have completed a qualification as a technician (m/f/d), master (m/f/d), technical business administrator (m/f/d) or bachelor (m/f/d) in the field of electrical and control engineering or similar.
  • Experience in the field of mediumvoltage switchgear would be desirable, but not mandatory.
  • First professional experience is welcome we are also open to graduates.
  • Good German and English skills as well as good knowledge of MS Office are required.
  • Good communication skills and a responsible work style round off your personal profile.
