Your Role:


As team leader (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the professional management of your team members, in addition to the goals of your own projects for the special construction program "Fit for 2030".

You are responsible for the qualitative and quantitative achievement of goals (costs, deadlines, and quality) and the well-being of your team.

Together with your team, you will be responsible for planning, tendering, awarding contracts, construction supervision, and coordination of external specialist planners and contractors, as well as invoicing.


Specifically, your tasks will include:

  • Internal coordination of all relevant processes with involved departments of the company, including interface coaching
  • External coordination with specialist authorities, funding and subsidy providers, as well as approval authorities of the FHH and local committees
  • Examination, application, and processing of funding opportunities
  • Management and implementation of your own projects in all phases of the HOAI (19) within the framework of the special construction program
  • Evaluation and development of optimized solutions for constructionrelated, costrelated, legal, and business requirements
  • Proposal for the appropriate use of public funding or subsidies
  • Development and compliance with approval and consent procedures of the supervisory board and management
  • Application and compliance with applicable planning and building regulations, as well as safety and occupational health regulations on construction sites
  • Identification, involvement, and coordination of all parties involved in the special construction program
