    Veterinary Customer Service Representative - Full-Time

    Department: Receptionists

    Employment Type: Full Time

    Location: Tupelo, Mississippi

    Description

    All Animal Hospital is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our veterinary care team

    This is a full-time position that requires some weekend shifts.

    Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

    • Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
    • Process invoices payments
    • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
    • Determine the status of the patients immunizations and tests
    • Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patients arrival and necessary treatments
    • Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
    • Accurately input data into computer software
    • This is not a complete list of job duties; some tasks may be assigned or reassigned as policies and procedures change*
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma is preferred
    • Weekend availability is required
    • Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
