Responsibilities:

Process new orders for assigned accountsNotify customers of any shortages and arrange back ordersWork with various departments to facilitate customer requests for additional product, early deliveries, etc.

Balance needs of the customer with the needs of the company by following defined policies for new orders and changes to reduce costs.

Process customer returns, debits and creditsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.

Skills andQualifications:

Excellent communication skills and ability to multitaskCandidate must be skilled in Microsoft excel (creating and maintaining spreadsheets, charts, and organizing data in an easy to understand format).Creating concise PowerPoint slidesExperience with SAP Software is a plus, but can teach.
