    Description
    Support our Vulnerability Management program by working to assess and communicate identified vulnerabilities to stakeholder for remediation.

    Typical day to day activities would include:

    • Monitoring cybersecurity news resources for new vulnerabilities.
    • Determining whether vulnerable software is in use within Pacific Life.
    • Monitoring our internal tools for identification of new vulnerabilities.
    • Creating vulnerability tickets for stakeholders to drive remediation.
    • Communicating with stakeholders to answer question related to vulnerabilities.
    • Provide support to other VM team members for thier initiatives.

    Preferred skills:

    • Experience in working with IT assets.
    • Detailed oriented.
    • Experience with Qualys vulnerability scanner or ServiceNow ticketing software is a bonus
    • Experience supporting vulnerablity process.
