    Incentive and Loyalty Specialist at Kynetec:

    Kynetec is seeking an Incentive and Loyalty Specialist to join our Agriculture (Market Research) team. This position is 40 hours per week and the successful candidate will work a hybrid model from our St. Louis office. Not located near our office? We'd still love to see an application from you - Remote working will also be considered.

    Main responsibilities of the Incentive and Loyalty Specialist:

    • Ensure our respondents are incentivized for all eligible research participations with timeliness and accuracy.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and track incentive history, both at the respondent and the project level.
    • Help design, implement, and manage incentive promotions tailored to ag and animal health professionals in our market research panel, including sweepstakes.
    • Regularly run research-on-research with our panelists to inform reward offerings, catalog expansion, and loyalty/sweepstakes relevance.
    • Assist in developing clear and compelling communication materials for promoting incentive offerings and promotions to educate participants and prospective audiences.
    • Monitor yearly earnings status of respondents to oversee communication & collection of necessary tax documentation.

    Skills & experience you will bring with you:

    • 2+ years running and managing incentivization programs, preferably in the market research industry.
    • Strong analytical and bookkeeping skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights and inform financial models.
    • Strong bookkeeping and auditing skills.
    • Demonstrated experience in driving member retention strategies and increasing program engagement.
    • Familiarity with compliance requirements related to incentive programs, including sweepstakes.
    • Advanced Excel skills is advantageous.
    • Bachelor's in marketing, business, accounting or related field.
    • Proactive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
    • Strong time management skills and ability to respond to urgent tasks.
    • Fantastic communication skills (verbal and written) with a collaborative spirit.
