The AWO Residential and Nursing Home Am Inselwall in Braunschweig is currently seeking a full-time (38.5 hours/week) residential area manager. The application deadline is May 24, 2024.

Job Description:


  • Management and organization of the residential area (partially in a supervisory role)
  • Planning and coordination of work processes, as well as supervision and monitoring of care documentation
  • Support in providing professional guidance, training, and supervision to staff
  • Efficient personnel planning, based on the needs of the residents
  • Active participation in the development and implementation of the internal quality management system
  • Respectful interaction with residents and their representatives

Requirements:


  • Completed vocational training as a nursing professional, e.g. nurse, geriatric nurse, health and nursing care professional
