We are seeking
Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) for the
Inbound department in technical customer service (1st level) for our client
Vodafone, to work from home in Edcouch, TX.

Base salary of 2080€ (gross, full-time) + an average of
150€ performance-based bonus +
200€ sales bonus, with the potential for more based on excellent performance

  • We offer
    permanent contracts.
  • Contracts for 30, 35, or 40 hours per week are available for this project. Please note that we do not offer contracts for 20 or 25 hours per week.
  • You will work from the best office in the world: your own home.
  • Working hours: Mon-Sun: 8:00am10:00pm.
  • We provide all necessary equipment, including a PC, monitors, headset, mouse, and keyboard. We also offer a monthly allowance of 30€ (net) to cover internet costs (prorated for parttime employees).
