Human Resources Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Human resource planning, administration, and development

Collaborate with management to determine personnel needs
Select and interview candidates
Conduct personnel discussions with management and department heads
Create job postings
Recruit new employees
Prepare employment documents such as references and contracts
Manage salary and job function adjustments
Process payroll
Create employment references
Onboarding and offboarding of employees
Organize training and development measures

Your profile

You have a degree in human resources or a similar relevant qualification and experience as a human resources specialist or personnel service specialist (m/f/d).
