Diamond Environmental Services is currently seeking an ambitious and results-oriented full time and part time, Order Desk Representative to join our dynamic team.

JOB DUTIES

• Phone support
• Ability to handle a heavy call volume
• Write up sales orders/ enter orders
• Handle any customer services issues to customer's full satisfaction
• Explain pricing, terms of payment and bill cycles to customers
• Follow up on all quotes
• Handle any 'modificationsofservice' calls and followup on changed rates and invoice prorated if applicable

• Attention to detail

• Job requires being careful about details and thorough in completing work task

• Job requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good natured cooperative attitude
• Dependability being reliable, responsible, and dependable and fulfilling obligations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Our new colleague will need to be a teamplayers, flexible, serviceoriented, have excellent people skills and the ability to work well with management and staff, clients and vendors
• Strong computer & research skills are required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
