Area of Responsibility:

The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS) supports innovative model projects through the federal program "Innovative Paths to Participation in Working Life - rehapro", which aim to strengthen and further develop rehabilitation in the area of statutory pension insurance (SGB VI).

In the field of statutory pension insurance, the rehapro contact point serves as the interface between the BMAS and the pension insurance providers.

It coordinates, reviews, and advises the pension insurance providers on the practical implementation of the rehapro model projects according to § 11 SGB IX.

The advertised position is initially limited until December 31, 2026, with the option of extension.

Your Tasks:

Your Area of Responsibility

You support the department in administrative matters and are responsible for the preparation and organization of events and workshops, as well as assisting in their implementation
You support internal and external communication on the respective topic with the relevant interfaces
Furthermore, you handle correspondence and information in a targeted manner
You prepare evaluations, presentations, and speeches
You carry out special assignments, support working groups, and maintain databases

Your Profile:

You have completed a medical, commercial, office, or administrative training
You have initial professional experience and ideally have experience in the social and healthcare system
You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
You have excellent
