Responsibilities

We are looking for an Inspector with:
Machine shop experience

GD&T and blueprint reading.

Hand measuring tools and precision instruments.

CMM operation and programming

First Article, In Process and Final Documentation

Periodic random inspection of in process parts on shop floor.

Communicate with shop personnel on any deviations

Document and communicate out of tolerance conditions

Keep proper storage of all documentation per job/router

Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat etc

Assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists.

Supports and helps to implement new methods.

Understanding of machining processes to reveal possible problems.
