Entry-Level Biotech Food Production Scientist
Benebios Inc. is a biotechnology company serving the food, pharmaceutical, nutritional, and agricultural industries for over 30 years.

We have an immediate need for an entry-level, full-time Production Scientist with a college or advanced degree in the Sciences or Engineering to join our team.

We are looking for a responsible individual with the ability to work independently and handle a broad variety of responsibilities.

There are opportunities for future advancement.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Ÿ Operate equipment carefully according to instructions.

Ÿ Measure, mix, and load ingredients.

Ÿ Prepare and clean equipment before and after processing.

Ÿ Perform facility inspections, maintenance, and repairs of plant equipment.

Ÿ Monitor and adjust plant system controls to maximize performance and prevent equipment failure.

Ÿ Maintain and keep records according to standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

Ÿ College Degree, preferably in Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering related fields.

Ÿ Must possess ability to read and interpret operations and safety manuals.

Ÿ Follow directions carefully without skipping steps and be open and willing to learn.

Ÿ Be flexible to work both independently and in a small team environment.

Ÿ Must be responsible and punctual.

Ÿ Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Ÿ Must have good documentation practices.

Compensation will be determined based on qualifications
