THIS IS AN ON-SITE DAILY POSITION.The Opportunity This position works out of our Temecula, CA location in the Abbott Vascular Division.

Core Job Responsibilities:
ResponsibleforcompliancewithapplicableCorporateandDivisionalPoliciesandprocedures. 1.LearnstoidentifyManufacturingprocessdefects(scrap,nonconformingmaterial,customercomplaints)by dispositioningnon-conformingmaterial,assistinginidentificationofprimaryrootcausesandunderstanding correctiveandpreventativeactions.
Mayberesponsibleforworkingwithprocessownertoboundproduct stopsanddocumentreleasecriteria.;2.Gainsunderstandingofproductqualityplans,documentsandsystems byreviewingproductspecifications,qualityspecifications,andworkingwithqualitysystems. Maybe responsibleforlearningriskanalysesandFMEAs.;3.LearnsProcessMonitoringSystemsbybecoming familiarwithsystemsapplicationsandcriticalprocesssteps;andthroughfamiliarizationwithmethodsusedto reduceprocessvariation.;4.BecomesfamiliarwithProduct/Processimprovementeffortsbyunderstanding currentqualitymetricdataandlearningthevariousanalysismethodsusedtoenhancesustainingproduct designandnewproductdevelopment;5.LearnsQualityTools&TrainingMaterialsbygainingknowledgeof prevalenttoolsusedandbyreviewing&utilizingavailabletrainingmaterials. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRINGRequired:
Bachelor'sdegreeplus2-5yearsofrelatedworkexperiencewithagoodunderstandingofspecifiedfunctional area,orMaster'sdegreewith0-2yearsofrelatedworkexperience,oranequivalentcombinationofeducation andworkexperience.(Technical/BusinessKnowledge(JobSkills))Basictechnicalknowledgeofconcepts,practicesandprocedures.
