This is what your daily work looks like with us:

  • Creation, revision and optimization of work plans
  • Determination of necessary materials and consumables in collaboration with Process Engineering
  • Initiation and moderation of meetings to ensure achievement of goals in safety, quality, cost, and delivery
  • Implementation of Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives in production
  • Validation and approval of design principles
  • Examination and implementation of design definitions in production documents while adhering to all industrial constraints
  • Optimization and monitoring of production and assembly processes to increase efficiency and quality

Your profile:



Skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Production Technology, Manufacturing Technology or a comparable education
  • First professional experience in the field of complex production, manufacturing and process planning, preferably in the aerospace industry
  • Experience with Lean concepts and implementation of continuous improvement projects, as well as knowledge of Six Sigma desirable
  • Experience with CAD is advantageous
  • Fluent English skills and good German skills in spoken and written required
