    The Tulalip Tribes

    DEPARTMENT: Village of Hope

    JOB SUMMARY: Answer incoming calls and greet guests in courteous and compassionate manner. Determine general program eligibility an obtain any necessary documentation for Village of Hope applications, to update and maintain waiting list, maintain confidentiality, create client files, log in/out activities, and to enforce policy and procedures of the Village of Hope. This position will be around families and children staying at the Village of Hope.

    COMPENSATION: $19.82 hr.

    MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

    • MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE

  • Two (2) year's working with the public, interacting with angry, upset, and/or intoxicated individuals.
  • Two (2) year's in customer service and/or office experience with public interaction.
  • One (1) year computer skills utilizing Microsoft Excel.
  • One (1) year excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • One (1) year experience and familiarity with Tribal Community and vulnerable population or social service setting.
  • Two (2) years' experience with conflict resolution preferred

    • REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES

  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

    • TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular full-time position.
