Job Summary:

Role oversees coordination of all post-sale installation and training procedures.

Works with marketing to create, maintain and publish a catalog of training manuals, aids, and videos to ensure successful implementation of technology.

Further supports imaging sales by adding clinical depth for Patterson clients, potential clients, and vendors to assist in product development.

  • Responsible for ensuring integration of imaging technologies into veterinary practices.
  • Manages key clinician relationships, developing opinion leaders, strong references and speakers for events supporting CT/MRI and other imaging technology.
  • Attends trade shows, medical innovation summit and other events to monitor upcoming changes and products to the veterinary imaging market and support of sales of veterinary imaging technologies.
  • Schedules, attends, and promotes dinner and CE events in support of imaging technologies.
  • Assists service team on field issues with CT during installation cycle and post installation.
  • Provides longterm, ongoing clinical support for Patterson imaging customers.
  • Attends sales demonstrations and consults when able to provide clinical depth to product knowledge.
  • Maintains close relationships with Patterson's imaging vendors and their installation and service protocols to ensure experiential unity amongst Patterson's customers.

Job Qualifications:


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ years' clinical experience in the veterinary industry.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills, demonstrates sound judgment and excellent decisionmaking abilities, and shows a great attention to detail.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Uses technology with efficiency, including Microsoft 365 and SAP CRM and ECC platforms.
  • Highlevel knowledge of how all imaging modalities work and where they fit into a veterinary practice.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • 3 years of experience in sales, service, and training management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
  • Previous clinical experience with CT, MRI and Ultrasound
  • 2+ Years of Sales Experience
  • 3+ Years of Project Management Experience

Working Conditions

Physical Demands

  • Operating a computer or other office devices for the majority of the workday
  • May occasionally need to move packages up to 50 pounds such as office supplies or imaging equipment.

Environmental Factors


This position is in an office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building.

The building's primary work areas consist of desks, chairs, computers and other office equipment and devices for professional services.


Travel and On-call


This position requires frequent traveling to customer locations, trade shows and providing services and support to customers domestically and internationally.
