DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Accurately label every container and ensure all drums are closed properly.
  • Use computers and scanners to validate packaging
  • In the case of discrepancies, reweigh drums and report overage or shortage to Team Leader or Supervisor
  • Pack excess product appropriately for return to stock
  • Complete process order by recording packed containers and associated net weight via computer
  • May assist replenisher to load tanker truck with finished product
  • Must be able to distinguish gross, net and tare weights
  • Retrieve packaging material for use in Packing Area such as pallets, drums and other containers used for finished and semifinished goods in advance of packing orders. Replenish these and other consumables as needed.
  • May use palletizer in preparing order for shipment
  • Load finished goods into staging area or directly onto awaiting truck, following all safety protocols
  • Practice good housekeeping of workstation, tools and equipment.
  • Report missing or damaged tools and equipment to Team Lead, Supervisor or Maintenance
  • Operate in a safe and timely manner and according to predefined instructions, GMP and SOPs to meet specific quality standards.
  • Special tasks and projects as required in order to meet company objectives
  • Consistent with MANE's environmental commitments, every employee shall actively participate in relevant education/training based upon corporate and local environmental objectives. Where these objectives are relevant to jobrelated and jobspecific roles and responsibilities, each employee shall adhere to applicable environmental policies and procedures, as well as act on best practices

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
  • Must be able to read/write English
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Standing, stretching, walking, lifting and climbing ladders may be required
  • Mixing and measuring skills may be required
