Your responsibilities:
- Management of accounts payable and booking of incoming invoices
- Monitoring and processing of payments
- Clarification of invoice discrepancies and open items
- Creation of outgoing invoices and debt collection
- Communication with suppliers and internal departments
- Preparation of evaluations and reports for management
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Teamwork, commitment, and enjoyment of working with numbers
- Good MS Office skills
