    Description

    HR Generalist Cleveland, OH

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in HR functions, including payroll, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

    Position Details:

    • This is an onsite role in Pepper Pike
    • Full benefits, M-F schedule
    • Salary: $75 - $100k and a 10% yearly bonus.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
    • Oversee payroll and benefits administration
    • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
    • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as an HR Manager
    • Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations -
    • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Masters degree preferred)
    • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
