Payroll/Billing Administrator Position Summary:

Child Development and Education, Inc. is seeking an energetic, outgoing individual to serve as the Payroll/Billing Administrator for the Brockton office.

The Payroll/Billing Administrator is responsible for accurately processing the bi-weekly payroll for all educators, updating the educator payroll sheets as needed, handling and resolving educator inquiries regarding payroll, and completing the monthly state billing.


Duties and Responsibilities include:


  • Complete all data entry and information changes in Procare related to new educators, educator changes/terminations, child enrollment, voucher changes, transportation information, billing, and other pertinent information in a timely manner.
  • Accurately process the biweekly payroll for educators
  • Ensure all documentation is collected to validate educator's Path to Quality rate enhancement
  • Update educator payroll sheets as needed
  • Handle and resolve educator inquiries regarding payroll
  • Accurately enter the daily attendance for all voucher children into CCFA each month by the 5th of the following month.
  • Ensure that any billing discrepancies are communicated to the Contract Manager for review and/or correction.
  • Review the monthly voucher billing confirmation reports to ensure completeness and accuracy of billing and reimbursement.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Regional Director
  • Associate degree
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in the early childhood field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Speak English and Spanish
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30AM5:00PM
