- Deliver outstanding in-store shopping experiences and customer service.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand's history and enthusiastically communicate product features and specifications to consumers.
- Foster a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, identifying needs, providing product recommendations, and collecting customer information to support ongoing engagement.
- Reinforce customer purchasing decisions at the point of sale.
- Carry out product exchanges, update window displays, manage visual presentation and marketing placement as required.
- Maintain the sales floor by replenishing shelves, receiving vendors, and performing inventory management duties as instructed by the store manager.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual store goals.
- 1 year of retail experience, ideally in the Beauty/Perfumery sector.
- Passionate about sales and customer service.
- Dedication to propelling sales growth.
- Building customer relationships and fostering sales loyalty.
- Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Portuguese or another language is advantageous.

About Granado:
Founded in 1870 by the Portuguese José Coxito Granado, Granado's journey started by selling natural remedies made from plants, herbs, and flowers indigenous to Rio de Janeiro's mountainous region. The brand's initial store was set up in downtown Rio de Janeiro, where the historical shop still remains.
The quality and efficacy of the products quickly established Granado as one of the official Pharmaceutical suppliers to the Royal Court. Hence, the brand was bestowed with the title of 'Official Pharmacy of the Imperial Family of Brazil' by Emperor D. Pedro II in 1880.
An icon in its homeland, Granado has been transmitted through generations and holds a significant place in Brazilian heritage.
In 2013, the company embarked on its international expansion by launching its first concept store outside Brazil at the esteemed Le Bon Marché department store in Paris. Subsequently, Granado has expanded its presence across various European nations, including France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, England, Greece, and Austria.
With a global network of over 90 stores, Granado distributes more than 15 million products monthly due to its growing presence in top pharmacies, perfumeries, and department stores in Brazil and Europe.
Granado is extending its global footprint and will soon enter the Miami market with an attractive pop-up location.

The Retail Sales Associate will be committed to providing exceptional and consistently positive customer experiences that drive sales growth in the store, contributing to the enhancement of Granado's brand recognition and customer loyalty.
This role emphasizes maintaining high levels of client engagement in line with brand standards and delivering an elevated and inspiring customer service experience.
Our Sales Associate serves as a representative of the brand's core, capable of effectively communicating the brand's history and product attributes to customers while aiding in achieving sales targets.
