Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Assist experienced HVAC technicians in installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Retrieve tools and equipment necessary for the job.
Perform basic tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating HVAC components.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Learn and familiarize yourself with HVAC systems and equipment.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.

Training and Development:

Within the probationary period, the HVAC Helper is required to enroll in or have a scheduled date of enrollment for formal HVAC training.

Successful completion of the training program will be a significant factor in consideration for full-time employment.
