They are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with extensive experience in Salesforce who will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.


  • Document and gather detailed functional requirements of an Access program.
  • Understand existing/current process in SalesForce take notes, talk to different Access units understand units current process document the current process and see to it if SF can be adopted as it is today or what features need to be added for units to adopt SF (this could be covered in below bullet points, but still adding exclusively).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
  • Document the Access program's business processes and provide recommendations on how to streamline them to fully utilize the technology provided.
  • Create test scenarios, test, and coordinate testing for functionality created based on the project's scope.
  • Work closely with developers and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Participate and provide input on solutions design
  • Assist other BA's with gathering and documenting requirements with respect to other Access units.
  • Review, understand and convert existing notes/documents to requirements document

Qualifications

  • Experience in a higher education environment.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Proven experience writing extensive business and functional requirements documentation for Salesforce projects.
  • Experience managing CRM solutions to support lead generation and development in a higher education environment.
  • Experience building manual test cases and preparing and executing test plans.
  • Experience writing requirements and/or test cases that facilitate the development of automated tests.
  • Experience designing scalable solutions both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience turning data into information, information into insight, and insight into recommendations.
  • Ability to communicate complex information to crossfunctional teams at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience documenting user stories and epics and managing Kanban boards in JIRA.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work in a quickly changing environment with a certain level of uncertainty in requirements.
