• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technologies to enhance the learning experience
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in order to provide relevant and current instruction
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, assessments, and instructional strategies
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information
• Provide guidance and support to students outside of class as needed

• Strong knowledge and experience in adult education principles and practices
• Proficient in conducting research and utilizing research findings in instructional design
• Familiarity with learning management systems such as Blackboard or similar platforms
• Experience in clinical research or public health is highly desirable
• Indepth understanding of anatomy and physiology
• Previous experience as a nurse or familiarity with veterinary terminology/critical care is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
