Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities:

Computer expertise required
Repair, maintain, and service mobile devices
Repair LCDreplaced smartphone displays
Disassemble, fix, and reassemble units
Provide exceptional customer service
Manage appointments and work schedules
Ensure a memorable customer experience
Safely arrive at client locations within appointment windows

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Personal/ professional experience with smartphone screen replacement
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical abilities
Current driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
Background check and drug test required
Authorization to work in the US
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a related profession
Experience working with customers (e.g., B2B sales, retail, wireless, or consumer electronics)
Technical training in electronics or consumer electronics (ideal for recent graduates)
