We are currently seeking a Production Manager (m/f/d) for our prestigious client in Augsburg, Plainville, IN. This is a direct hire position with an indefinite contract. Our client is a family-owned traditional company in the confectionery industry.

Your responsibilities:

  • Organizing production processes at two locations
  • Ensuring and improving quality standards
  • Proactively developing new products in line with current trends and optimizing inventory management
  • Creating work schedules and annual vacation plans
  • Managing work hours and reporting key performance indicators to management

Your profile:

  • Trained confectioner or pastry chef (m/f/d) or similar qualification
  • Previous experience in a team leadership role
  • Strong leadership skills and business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Experience in demanding, artisanal production methods
