Title:
Senior IT Project Manager


Location:
Hybrid (1 day per week onsite)


Duration:
Fulltime

ComTec is looking for a Senior IT project manager who has experience managing network and telecom related projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage IT network and telecom related projects such as Network Upgrade, Network Segmentation, and Voice Upgrade projects
  • Manage projects from business casetoimplementation.
  • Project Management includes: budget management, resource allocation, kick off meetings, project planning, project execution and control, communication, risk analysis, quality assurance, team and vendor management, and project implementation.
  • Perform actual vs. planned analysis at the project level and forecast cost of the project.
  • Develop project plans/scope/schedule and track progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate and attend meetings with various technical and nontechnical resources to capture project requirements, identify project milestones, communicate project timelines, track action items, and monitor project status.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.

Required Skills:


  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in largescale IT Project Management environment
  • Experience leading network and telecom related projects

Experience in PMO and Stage gate processes
:


  • Must have experience managing projects using metrics such as ETC, EAC, SPI, and CPI.
  • Must have handson experience developing resource loaded schedules.
  • Must have experience managing budget/cost of the project and projecting monthly forecasts.
  • Ability to manage multiple high visibility projects simultaneously
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with internal resources and external vendors
  • Must have good experience identifying and managing risks
  • Expert understanding of the Project Management processes and methodologies
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Pay:
$110, $130,000.00 per year
