Are you interested in programming? Discover application development at Helaba. Work with new and customized software solutions that our departments at Helaba use daily to keep our bank running. In our training program in Offenbach and Frankfurt, you will create and test apps and put them into use. You will also gain insights into important IT topics such as databases, networks, and IT security. Join us and experience the interaction between user and administrator.


Your training at a glance:

  • Start: August 2025 / 3 years duration (with the possibility to take the final exam earlier with good performance)
  • Location: Practical training at the Frankfurt/Offenbach location, parttime classes at the August-BebelSchule in Offenbach
  • Content: Development and customization of software / Learning programming languages such as C#, SQL, or ABAP / Optimization of systems and processes in IT / Insight into project management, IT security, and data modeling
  • 1st training phase: Rotation through different teams in IT and banking departments
  • 2nd training phase: Deepening your knowledge in a specific area
  • Shortening: Possibility to take the final exam earlier with good performance
  • Job placement: Our goal is to find the right position for you to start your career together.

Your benefits:
