ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a member of our Enterprise sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving Talon.
One's growth by working with our enterprise clients in the DACH market. Our clients include well-known brands such as adidas, Thalia, Mercedes-Benz, Dominos, and Costa Coetc. We are currently expanding our presence in various industries.


This role requires a comprehensive approach, from initial conversations and nurturing relationships, to collaborating with Solution and Technology partners, to negotiating and renewing contracts.

Close collaboration with our Solution Engineers, Partnership, and Post-Sales teams will be essential for delivering a world-class customer experience and achieving success.


ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

  • Develop relationships and identify new sales opportunities within the German enterprise market for Talon.
One.

  • Manage complex customer lifecycles, often presenting to VP and Clevel executives.
  • Work with our Solution and Technology partners.
  • Promote Talon.
One's vision through product demonstrations, events, and tailored initiatives for each account.

  • Accurately forecast sales and identify potential targets and expansion opportunities in new markets.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product and how it can address the challenges, goals, marketing stack, and technical setup of potential clients.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, selling complex software or technology products to mid-market or enterprise companies.
  • Strong technical understanding.
