The European Homecare GmbH, a social service company, has been providing services on behalf of the public sector for over 30 years in currently around 100 facilities nationwide with a total of approximately employees in the areas of care, accommodation, and support for asylum seekers and homeless people.

To support our team in the facility we operate in Landau, we are looking for a Social Care Worker (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible, preferably in full-time.

Social Care Worker (m/f/d) wanted in Landau Are you communicative, reliable, and enjoy working with people from different nationalities? Then the following tasks await you:

In your role, you support the facility management in organizing the accommodation of asylum seekers, taking into account social aspects and legal regulations.

You provide assistance to asylum seekers and are a contact person in all areas of life. You treat our residents with respect and have a strong intercultural understanding. Everyday support with providing information about life in Germany, including rights and obligations. Support and promotion of peaceful coexistence and conflict resolution. Assistance with administrative matters. Everyday and leisure activities, taking into account pedagogical aspects. Working in shifts between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm, including weekends and holidays, is not a problem for you.


Our requirements:
Preferably a degree in a social/pedagogical field (e.g. educator or family caregiver). Experience in dealing with multicultural
