Together with you, we want to conquer the global market - from Europe to Asia (primarily China) - in the areas of sales, distribution, and social media.

We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and be a part of MiA MiN's success.

Your Responsibilities




  • Building long-term customer relationships and maintaining existing clients
  • Acquiring new customers
  • Assisting in the development of sales strategies and process optimizations
  • Acting as an internal interface to various external sales partners
  • Performance analysis
  • Strategically and goal-oriented planning of marketing measures (online and offline) in coordination with the marketing team
  • Controlling, especially through inventory control, data maintenance, data analysis, and customer data management

Your Profile




  • Completed degree, ideally in business administration or a comparable education in the commercial field for luxury fashion & accessories or similar
  • Relevant professional experience in (online) sales and product management, preferably with knowledge and experience in the textile and fashion industry
  • Proficient in MS
