_ Core Responsibilities:
_
HR Information Systems Management
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, streamline and optimization of HRIS software and databases, including employee files, ThayerMahan HR documents and forms.
Collaborate with IT and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement system upgrades.
Work with our internal and external partners on the ThayerMahan website for job postings as well as giving guidance on the ThayerMahan website
Create and maintain a ThayerMahan Employee Human Resources website (internal)
HR Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and generate regular HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in preparing reports for insurance, payroll, state, government compliance, audits, and surveys.
Data Management and Auditing:
- Assist PEO in any reporting or gathering of information needed as requested
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records within HRIS.
HR Generalist Support
- Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new and departing employees as well ensure the communication with the internal teams (Payroll, Legal, IT) of an employees on/offboarding
- Provide support in employee relations, performance management, and HR policy enforcement.
- Assist in HR communications to the organization (Poster updates, notifications, overall communications)
Compliance and Policy
- Stay informed about HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Assist HR Director in updating, developing and maintenance of HR policies and procedures based upon company, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Employee Support
- Respond to HRrelated inquiries from employees and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Be SME for all systems that employees will use through their life cycle at ThayerMahan.
- Provide backup for HR Director
_ Qualifications:
_
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 14 years in HRIS administration, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software, including HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
