Seed Sales Manager - Northeast IowaBased in Northeast IA, the Seed Sales Manager is responsible for the overall management of the cooperative's seed program across their entire company footprint, including setting prices and consulting w/ growers on their individual programs while also performing the following duties:
Conduct grower visits throughout assigned territories to determine agronomy needs, create solutions and build long term relationships with customers that will generate sales of seed and other agronomy services.
Plans and carries out test plots with growers to demonstrate improved varieties of field crops such as corn and soybeans to use as a sales tool.
Develop and maintain a current list of customers and prospects Plan and implement strategic marketing initiatives while driving key products and services in focused territory
Position Competencies and Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelors degree (B.A.); or 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Possess a valid, unrestricted drivers license
Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
