Your tasks:

  • Preparation of regular controlling evaluations, including analysis of plan-actual comparisons and validation of forecasts
  • Preparation and review of regular budget and financial planning in coordination with site managers
  • Conducting profitability calculations and ad-hoc analyses, as well as deriving recommendations for action
  • Future-oriented continuous development and optimization of our controlling and cost accounting instruments
  • Planning, implementation, and control of controlling projects, as well as ongoing reporting on the implementation status
  • Participation in cross-departmental and company-relevant projects, as well as support in year-end closing tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in "Industrial Engineering" or "Business Administration" with a focus on controlling
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling - preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Preparation of monthly reports and dashboards, interpretation of results, and derivation of action needs
  • Participation in projects from a controlling perspective, as well as preparation of business cases, investment calculations, and decision templates for management
  • Conceptual and strategic thinking combined with goal orientation and a pragmatic, practical, and solution-oriented work style
  • Fluent in German and English
