- Provide mentoring while conducting mission analysis to deliver skills development and enhanced training to build an agile workforce for existing courses and support to course and content development.
- Conduct course instruction by applying adult learning principles, theories, and practices which provide a continuum of learning solutions.
- Conduct field operator training to personnel and assisting with systems, tools, capabilities, missions, and applications training activities while developing life-cycle training solutions.
- Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Shall have a minimum of ten (10) years' experience developing and implementing training processes, procedures, materials, and products to support training needs
- Experience utilizing equipment and software to perform ELINT analysis to include acquiring detailed measurements, documenting signal characteristics, identifying anomalies and provide accurate assessments of signals of interest
- Experience performing in-depth analysis processing, and reporting of Tech-ELINT parametric data
- Experience fusing SIGINT, FISINT, ELINT, PROFORMA & COMEXT collection into product reports containing multi-intelligence sources
- Must have an understanding or working knowledge of the following areas:
- Current analytic tools and databases
- Producing Technical Reports
- SIGINT Collection Systems
- Experience instructing NCS courses (SIGE series) / NCS Adjunct Certified
- Experience with NRO and/or NASIC systems and/or missions.
- Experience in curriculum development and delivery.
- Military Instructor Certifications/Qualifications.
- Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and/or Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate (ADDIE) model experience.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
