- Assist a software development team in developing an advanced synthetic training environment to support military pilot training.
- Apply tactical knowledge to support the development of entity models.
- Perform TechELINT analysis on complex waveforms associated with a wide range of red and blue force systems.
- Develop and refine simulation presentation of real-world ELINT parametric data.
- Perform signal translation of waveform data into a descriptive and behavioral modeling & simulation language for Development and Test.
- Perform threat system analysis and sensor modeling of radars, electronic warfare (EW) systems, countermeasures, electro-optical and infrared (EO/IR) systems, and various weapons.
- Conducts specific sensor research, analysis, correlation, and assessment in order to reproduce the sensor as a software model through a suite of NGTS data editing tools.
- Participate in software test activities to include test procedure creation and test plan development.
- Understand and discuss simulation requirements with the customers, document and track these requirements, and provide technical input to modelers with regards to fidelity, accuracy, and intended use
- Act as liaison with aircrew and program leads.
- Active DoD Secret security clearance (US Citizenship required)
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Mathematician, or equivalent military experience.
- 10 years' experience in relevant work area:
- Must have prior significant tactical military aviation experience in Fighter, Attack, Support aircraft, or Rotary wing experience with at least one of the sensors/systems listed below, from either an aircrew, ground operator, or flight test environment.
- Radar, radar warning receivers, threat system analysis, countermeasures, EO/IR, air-to-air weapons, air-to-ground weapons, surface-to-air models, or other electronic Warfare system.
- Must have Recent and relevant knowledge of tactics, training, and procedures for deployment of those systems in a current combat environment.

This contract will involve the development and integration of aircraft systems, mission systems, and support systems, including software, mission systems, and laboratory hardware. The scope will include software program generation and software and hardware integration, along with the development of test devices and systems that support system test and integration, such as weapon system simulators and trainers. Such test devices and systems may include non-intrusive hardware/interface monitoring devices and the software/systems that analyze the data extracted/generated.
