About the Role and Company:

Currently seeking a Retail Pharmacy Manager for Community Health Center at Cardinal Health. This role involves managing an in-house pharmacy and 340B contract program located within a partner health center, focusing on delivering essential medication and pharmaceutical care to communities in need. The position is based at HealthNet in Indianapolis.

Pharmacy Hours:

• Monday-Friday 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM (hours may vary based on business needs)

• Collaborate with administrative and physician leadership to implement clinical and dispensing services
• Develop collaborative agreements to enhance patient medication compliance
• Implement best practices and ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate medication records
• Ensure adequate staffing and department compliance
• Provide patient and physician consultation
• Oversee security and professional conduct standards
• Maintain pharmacy area organization and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD preferred
• 2 years of pharmacy management experience, 3-5 years related experience
• Indiana Pharmacy license
• Immunization Certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Flexible schedule availability
• Interpersonal, multitasking, and time management skills
• MTM and 340B experience preferred
• Covid-19 vaccination or accommodation required
